Are Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea With Gas Connected To Severe Pain In Ribs?

I have returned from a holiday with stomach cramps, diarrhoea and feeling sick. I am also gassy which is not particularly normal for me. This I assume is a combination of food/tummy bug and maybe a build up of acid as I suffer from gerds. However my question is that I have incredible pain in my ribs rather like I have taken a beating, is this connected please?

these can al be signs of weakness the pain in your rib can be because of weakness which was caused by gerd also if you are not hurt on ribs you wil be fine after sometime
