Are Sudden Jerks And Tremors In Finger Normal While Having Pneumonia

i have a three year old son.he recently suffered from pnemonia and was hospitalised for 12 days wherein he was administered antibiotics and I V through canula. since then he has devp slight jerks and tremors while sleeping....it includes sudden jerks and shaking of fingers.....is it normal...
