Are Sudden Weakness, Shivering And Nausea Signs Of Low BP?

All of a sudden, I feel weak, to the point I think I could pass out. If I try to focus and keep going, I feel very shaky. Sometimes when this happens, I feel nauseated as well. A coke or a candy bar usually set me to rights. Could this be low blood sugar? What else could cause these symptoms?

Feeling shaky (tremors) along with weakness and resolution with intake of fluids and food points towards hypoglcemia- that is low sugar levels in blood. But nausea points towards reduction in blood pressure.
I would suggest you to have a complete work up for blood glucose and regular blood pressure measurements. Along with this I would have ordered a complete blood tests for my patients to rule out anemia as this condition also causes similar symptoms.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
