Are Surgery And A Biopsy Needed For Recurrent Lymph Nodes With Atypical Lymphocytes In Front Of My Ear?

I am having lymph nodes in front of my ear. I went through operation once. But now again lymph node appeared. After doing fnac.it is saying atypical lymphocyte. Now again will i undergo operation. And afterwards do biopsy. Ineed a suggestion at this position. Please help
