Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

It means that there is pneumonia in one small part of your lungs This is not very concerning sign and it can be treated with short course of antibiotics. This should not cause any significant issues in future and there are no signs of tumors or some other serious lung disorders. ALso, lung ventilatory tests should be done if there is shortness of breath or cough. Smoking should be completely avoided and smoky areas as well till lungs heal. You should repeat lung xrays after antibiotic course is finished.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
