Are Swallowing Difficulty And White Spots In The Mouth Signs Of Cancer?

I think I have or am at risk for cancer and I know it takes a while for it to develop but I got birth control and everyone knows they don t mix, this isn t the first time but I ll explain most recent. The roof of my mouth is blue and yellow, my veins Are bulging everywhere even in my tonsils, trouble swallowing, and white spots. Is this serious?
