Are Swollen Breasts And Discomfort In The Neck And Shoulder Serious Concerns?

I had a bad fall almost four years ago, I fall and hit my left breast on the corner of a table. It was very painful and bruised; I applied ice, but it took some time for it to feel better. Last year I had a mammogram, and they find a mass and had me come back for another test. They determined that it was nothing. Recently, my breast has been swollen, and I have mild discomfort in my breast, neck and shoulder. The earliest appointment I can get for anther mammogram is next week; should I be concerned.
