Are Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck, Armpit And Stomach Sign Of Hodgkin S Lymphoma?

I have all my lymph nodes swollen some hurt. The areas are neck, jawline, armpit, breast, legs, groin and stomach. This has been swollen for about 10 months. I also have sjogrens and fibromyalgia. The doctor is ordering scans and sending me to oncologist. Could this be non Hodgkin’s lymphoma?
