Are Tender Breasts And Dizziness Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi. i am on depo and i had intercourse on a thursday and was due to get my shot on monday. I'm having symptoms such as i never get full, only certain foods i want, my breast was very tender, now just my nipples are. Some cramping is occuring and i feel sick if i dont eat in a timely fashion. Get dizzy from time to time. Can i be pregnant?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) If you are regularly taking the depo shot as per schedule, you are having enough protection against getting pregnant.

3 ) In case of doubt, you can get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy and blood beta HCG test to rule out pregnancy. You can get these tests done at least 15 days from your last sex activity.

4 ) In case of negative result your symptoms relate to PMS - premenstrual syndrome. In that case I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Use of Tab B LONG F, PRIMOSA, Vitamin E one each every night for 3 months will be of help.

5 ) please keep taking depo shots as suggested - usually 3 months apart.
