Are Tender Breasts And Missed Period Signs Of Pregnancy?
hey, me and my boyfreind are trying for a baby. i stopped my pill 2-3 months ago and have always had regular periods. I was due to have my period yesterday but i didnt come on, after i went to the toilet when i wiped there was some pink stretcht stuff on the paper. i have been getting light haedaches and getting hot. i have also had some cramping and a sort of pulling feeling on my left side and tender breasts. is this a sign of pregnancy or nothing?

cramping, tender breasts, spotting per vaginum r symptoms of early pregnancy but they can happen in other situations also so they r not diagnostic of pregnancy
to diagnose pregnancy u should go for home based urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample after delay of 4 to 5 days
