Are The Black Circle Around Inner Eye And Hardened Vein Area Related?
I suffered several blows to the head all around and near my right temple last year, it left knots and I had severe bruising around both eyes and one section of a vein was hardened and I was actually worried about blockage or damages to my eyes, head etc, at present the hardened area of vein sometimes swells up and scares me. my question is currently I have 2 black circles around my inner eye, could the 2 things be related

fund us examination and refraction should be done. it should have been done then.one year old injury can not effect your eyes now
