Are The Following Medicines Advisable For Severe Headache And Heart Palpitations?

Severe headache, heart palpitations, pounding in head and chest (lt side). Blood pressure 160/100 for 3 days. On meds: Toprol XR 75mg, Zestril 10mg, Cymbalta 60mg, Wellbutrin XR 300mg, Lipitor 10 mg, Singulair 10mg, Dulera inhaler 100/5, Flonase, Prilosec 40mg, Aspirin 325mg, Lyrica 150 mg bid, vitamin D3 2000iu, fish oil.

First why this happened so??if u have an underlying cause then before to treat these condition we will adrees that one...and yes you can use these madications if you haven't the drugs allergy history among the above mentioned drugs.
