Are The Last Days Of Menstrual Cycle The Most Fertile Period?

hi, i had sex on the 5th day of my period, (normally go for 5-6 days) so i was pretty light but i had a tampon inside me while we were having sex, and my boyfriend came inside me. he says this is the most fertile time to fall pregnant.. Is it? and also when he came inside me, will the tampon just soak it all up or can it get through?

Hi,
Roughly first and last week of period is safe period and there are less chances of having period.
Most fertile period is between 14 to 18 th day of period if period is normal and of 28 days cycle.
So there is less risk of having pregnancy.
