Are The Pregnancy Test Strips Reliable?

Hello, my period was 7 days late last month had 4 negative test before and after my period, I always had a 28 day period very regular, this month I was supposed to get my period, and again it is 7 days late, just had a positive pregnancy test result. Am I truly pregnant?

To be sure if you are pregnant or not do a blood test called beta hCG. If it is positive then no more doubts.
