Are The Tightness And Spasms In My Leg Related To Slipped Disc?

i have a disk on l4-5 that causing me pain on the left leg,also i have mild disk on l5 and s1 ,but i always feels spasm in my right tigh and stifness in my right toes ,are these symptoms related to my disk?
