Are The White Patches On Skin And White Lumps On Tonsils Related?
I have this marble sized white lump on my right tonsil, at least I think it s my tonsil. Also white patches on the side of my tongue. The patches on my tongue appears to be from my tongue rubbing against my teeth. Again, not sure. I have pics if that would help.

YOu have not mentioned your age, duration of problem etc.
YOu need to get done ENT examination and then it can be diagnosed that it is any illness or normal anatomy.
Secondly you can use gargles to keep your oral cavit6y clean so that if there is any infection then it can be taken care off.
