Are There Any Adhesive Products That Does Not Cause Allergy?

Hi, after having had numerous keyhole surgeries and other small procedures done, it would appear that I have become allergic to any adhesive dressings, plasters, tapes etc... I have tried the hypoallergenic ones which actually appear to cause a worse reaction, swelling, itching, blisters, sores, normally resulting in a mild infection where the skin has been irritated. Is there anything I can use that may contain a different adhesive product that won't cause these problems and pain. I have been left with a fair amount of scarring because of it and sometimes just a non-adhesive dressing and a bandage aren't enough, especially after keyhole and other surgeries where I can't exactly wrap a bandage around my body successfully.
