Are There Any Alternate Other Than Compression Stocking For Lymphedema?

Hi I am obese person.I m suffering from Lymphedma and protal hypertension(in stomach).My platelet count fluctuates(between 50,000 to 1,00,000).Its almost 2 years.Still not recovering.Cause is recurrent malaria attack,I am curently taking treatment for Thrombocytopenia and Lymhedema.My one lower limb is more afftected by lymphedema.Does surgery is beneficial apart from compression stocking and medicines for lymphedema.Kindly suggest.
