Are There Any Complications In Pregnancy If I Am Required To Do TB PCR Of Menstrual Blood And HCG After Having Ectopic Pregnancy?

ectopic pregnancy detected on 11 feb 2013 - took 2 methotraxate shots on 13th and 18th feb respectively - regular periods since last 6 months -12th of every month - doctor prescribed TB PCR of menstrual blood and HSG - are there ny complications in conception.

By doing a Tb PCR on the menstrual blood there wont be any complication as it is just a test. However you might face problems in conception if you do have Tb of the endometrium.
