Are There Any Inner Labial Vaginal Skin Tags?

Is there such thing as inner labial vaginal skin tags? I feel like my vagina is swollen - yet it's not red or itchy or irritated. It merely feels like the lumen of the vaginal orifice is smaller. Sex is not painful, but I have noticed a difference in my vaginal walls and today noticed a thin cylindrical piece of attached skin. I was told I had yeast on my pap smear in August but wa prescribed a pill and have heard nothing more. Is this something I should see a doctor about? I just got off the Nuva Ring, could it be related?
