Are There Any Interactions Between A Steroid Shot And An Antibiotic?

I had a steroid shot today for bronchial spasms and also an antibiotic shot. Not sure what it was but I know it was an antibiotic shot. Previously, some months ago, I was given promethazine-dm syrup for the same thing. will it interact with the steroid and antibiotic shot I received today if I take it to help me with coughing as I try to catch some zzz s?

It would be helpful to know what the antibiotic medication was, but in general, most antibiotics, corticosteroids, promethazine and dextromethorphan are compatible.
