Are There Any Other Ways Other Than Kegal Exercises For Loosened Vagina?

Hello I have heard there is no such thing as vaginal looseness. Kegel exercises is the best way to help. Well for 2 years after my 3rd child birth I have been doing kegels everyday including Ben Wa Balls and I m still loose. Sex with my husband is not pleasurable at all. Are there anymore solutions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Doing kegels exercises is good to strengthen the vaginal muscles. Also, you can do pelvic tilt exercises to help strengthen the pelvic muscles. You can also shop pelvic cones that can also be used for it. If nothing works pelvic muscles electro stimulation may be used.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
