Are There Any Side Effects From Masturbation?

I usually masturbate daily or every 2 or 3 days and im scared of having any Inflammation or Urinary incontinence even thought i have heard that masturbation cause Infertility.is that right? And when does masturbating cause urinary incontinence? And how can i notice that? (I masturbate externaly)

You should avoid excessive indulgence into Masterbation twice or thrice a week is OK.
You should take will balanced diet consisting of all essential nutrients and multivitamin and minerals supplements.
