Are There Any Side Effects Of Removing Granule For Silver Nitrate Treatment?

My age 36, height 5/5 weight 143 lbs. 1year after a partial hysterectomy, I was able to keep my ovaries, I started bleeding after intercourse. I had a granule removed and had silver nitrate treatment. Two weeks after this proceedure I developed cystitis, with severe cramping, vomiting, small amount of blood detected in my urine. 4weeks after the antiobitic and a clean urine sample, I still do not feel like I'm 100%. I feel worse than I did before, after the removal of the granule. I was wondering could the removal of the granule be causing all my problems?
