OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cytotec is misoprostol and it causes developmental anomaly in the fetus like facial nerve paralysis and other craniofacial anomalies.
It is contraindicated in pregnancy and if taken in such a high dosage, then the risk is definitely very high.
I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist so that you can be properly counselled and further decision can be taken accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
