Are There Any Side Effects Of Taking Sertraline?

Hi, I am taking 50 mg of Sertraline (generic Zoloft) per day. I have only been taking it for about a week, but I am having a hard time sleeping and breathing. I work graveyard shifts, so I can't afford to miss the sleep. I am wondering since it has only been a week can I just stop taking it, or should I still wean off of it?
