Are There Any Side Effects Of Withdrawing Both Rivotril 0.75mg And Librax?

i have been on rivotril 0.75 mg and tab librax twice daily for 2 and a half months by a gastro specialist.. but i didn't know these are tranquilizers and anti anxiety medications ,and I have slowly tappering both the medicines and do not want any mind altering drug.. how long will it take for me to get back to normal after tappering?
