My child is 14 months old having fever and we are already giving him paracetamol and today he fell down and cut his throat now doctor asked us to give combiflame suspension 5ml 2 times . If we give both the medicine will it have side effects and can we give combiflame thrice a day if the throat pain is more due to the cut
