How do I cleanse area and prevent Infection ? Any over the counter Drugs topical drugs you can suggest??
Welcome to HCM. It looks to be follicullitis.(hair root infection). It usually occurs due to scratching after perspiration, rough sex,bad hygiene. Take proper local care, avoid tight under garment, avoid tight clothing. Wash that area with antiseptic liquid and apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid. You have to take proper oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic or cefixime/clavulinic for 5 to 7 days to subside infection and nsaid to subside pain, swelling, inflammation. Do regular cleaning and dressing. Get examined by your family physician for proper guidance and medications.
