Are There Any Treatment For HTAP?
I have pulmonary sarcoidosis stage 4 and severe HTAP 73 high ,stage 3 What is my hope of life .,at this moment I am 66,the hight is 150 ,the weight 72.I takePrednisone 10mg daily now ,and the treatment is since 2005.The doctors told me there is no medicine for secondary HTAP

Hello, Sorry you are passing through a tough time. A diagnosis of stage 4 pulmonary with secondary pulmonary hypertension is not quite an easy problem to be going through. In my experience, some patients had remission in the period of 8-10 years, but no one can tell you for sure. Alongside prednisolone, I used sildenafil to manage the HTAP and there was quite a significant improvement. Hope you get better soon. Warm regards
