Are There Better Chances Of Pregnancy With L-arginine?

My endometrial thickness is around 3.3mm on the 10th day of my cycle and I have a dominant follicle of 16.5mm. The doctor has asked me to take duphaston 10mg 2-4 times a day for the next few days. I am really hoping to conceive soon.
I was wondering if it is better to take L-arginine in addition to this? Any advice?

Hi, I think you should take some estrogen a log with duphaston. Both can be taken 2 times per day. Arginine will not help much. Your endometrial thickness is less. It requires estrogen to increase the thickness. Hope I have answered your question.
