Are There Chances Of TB After Completing PTB Medication?

i was diagnosed of having a small PTB infiltrate, right upper lung , undetermined activity. I have taken a ptb medication of supraneuron and ascorbic acid. I completed the medicatioon...my CXR still remains stable after 3 years. do you think if i take the mantoux test i will be found positive of TB?

montoux is not a diagnostic test of TB and it ll come positive in all the persons who have the bacteria and who ever is exposed to the disease.
most of the population in a developing country like India , Africa , nepal etc are exposed to the TV disease so all of them exposed will be montoux positive .
in other words montoux tells us the immunity

I diagnosis of TB sputum smear examination and culture are the diagnostic tests and once sputum smear negative means negative but course has to be complete and at the end of treatment sputum should be negative .
