Are There Chances Of Miscarriage Without Any Bleeding?

Yes hi dr. My name is Elizabeth, and I m almost 7 months pregnant, I have had 3 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy . I am 39 almost 40. Can I have a miscarriage with out any bleeding . I think I might have while having a bowel movement at the local walmart. Cuz I m cramping but not bad but no blood. And baby hasn t moved for many hrs, about 6 to 7 .. My husband smokes right near me and I don t and never have smoked so I try and move but he gets mad. And he drinks, but is a good man .. I am worried that the pressure of trying to push cuz of constipation may have caused me to push the baby out. I don t know why I feel this but I feel empty inside .
