Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Due to the associated hormone imbalance after delivery and during lactation, menstrual cycle can be irregular. The chances of pregnancy after tubectomy are very low. If your bleeding problem persists, please take help from your health care provider. Please maintain a healthy diet and adequate rest. Hope this helps.
