Are There Medications To Stop The Ongoing Periods?

Hi, my friends are asking me to hang out but i have my period. I did lots of exercise, and it stopped for a while but I m worried it will come back tomorrow. I don t know what to do. I want to stop my period today, so nothing will happen tomorrow. Any help? Thanks.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Unfortunately, there is no stopping of the flow once the process has started. There are medications like ibuprofen which can slow it down and ease the cramps, but there is no way that it would stop the period outright.
You just have to understand that you can’t get rid of your period, even if you just don’t want to go through the issues for a couple of days. It’s a reality that must be accepted.
Doing exercise, taking Vitamin C, drinking herbal tea, drinking good quantity of water, intake of gelatin and consuming foods like pumpkin, papaya, peaches, apricots, carrots, spinach could possibly play a role in shortening the duration of your period.
