Are There Other Medications To Cure Vitiligo And Strep Throat Which Was Not Cures By Probiotic Supplements?

HI i am 23 and have virtiligo i have recently got bv which i have treat with some over the counter gel and probiotic supplements so i dont have to take antibiotics. my partner has just given me strep throat and i dont want to take antibiotics as this cause my bv to become really bad. Can i take anything to get rid of the strep throat and how dangerous is it? I cant move my neck without it hurting. Any advise would be great Thank you

hello. if you are not having much fever or pain, then i think you can escape the antibiotics for sometime, you can gargle with chlorhexidine mouth wash 4-5 times a day. that will help. thanks
