Are There Potential Side Effects Or Interactions Between Metformin, Omeprazole And Atorvastatin And The Newly Prescribed Spironolactone?

I am taking AmLodipine 5 mg for hypertension. My BP numbers at my last BP reading was 140/70. I have diabetes and Acid reflux. I take Metformin for diabetes,Omeprazole 40 mg for acid reflux, and Atorvastatin -80mg for cholesterol . My doctor has prescribed Spironolactone 25 mg for hypertension to replace Amlodipine. I on occasions take Ibuprofen for pain. I also take aspirin, Geritol, Vitamin B complex, and a multivitamin on a daily basis. I am concerned about the side effects of the medications I am taking and the new medication which has been prescribed for me and about about the any adverse interaction between the drugs. Please advise.
