Hi Your blood reports are normal except for the presence of minute alterations in the hemoglobin..
It is low compared to normal.. This is why because you are a female and with your monthly menses(bleeding) blood rbc count and hemoglobin is low..
you can improve it by taking iron containing foods like jaggery,,nuts, fresh vegetables, if you are non-vegetarian liver is also a rich source of iron..
