Are These Prescribed Doses Of Maxtra, Asthakind, And Taxim Drops Safe For An Infant?

Hello doctor My 3 months old baby suffering from cough for the past 5 days doctor adivised Maxtra drops 0.5 ml three times daily Asthakind drops 0.5 ml three times daily Taxim drops 1ml twice daily Is this safe to use this much higher doses to 3 months baby please clarify my doubt.
