Are These Symptoms Of Leukemia?

My brother has cardiomyopothy. He is currently hospitalized for cold symptoms that lasted 3 weeks and caused heart failure. He has been treated with IV Lasix and Iron due to fluid around his heart and low Iron in his blood test. They have discovered his white blood count and hemoglobin are low and now after an abdominal ultrasound have told him his spleen is quite enlarged. They were planning a bone marrow biopsy but quit talking about it after it was discovered his spleen was enlarged. Are all these symptoms leading to a diagnosis of leukemia?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your symptoms are not specific for leukemia. They can be seen in many other disease also. However chances of leukemia is thetr because of spleen enlargement. You should go for bone marrow examination once to search the cause.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
