Are Tiny Intraparotid Lymph Nodes A Cause For Concern?

My MRI report shows a few tiny intraparotid lymph nodes. I ve been having a burning or raw throat feeling that won t go away,, even after taking antibiotic amoxil/augmentin 875-125 for 10 days. I do feel some relief when I just don t talk for hours. I have also been taking anti acid medication, but its now been 2 months and am not better. I would say that I ve improved maybe 40% relief from the anti acid and antibiotics. Should I be concerned with the findings of intraparotid lymph nodes? Is there any other test I should have done?
