Are Tiny Lumps On Forehead, Neck And Back The Symptom Of Chicken Pox?

My 18 year old daughter had the varicella vaccine as a child, but appears to have pimples that she has picked at. I just noticed the spots on her neck (near her left ear), some on her forehead, and a few on her back (she has had acne on her back before). She has no other symptoms, no fever. Could this be chicken pox?

this can be acne only as there are no symptoms like fever.is she getting regular periods? because irregular periods is the most common cause for pimples and that has to be addressed properly from early stage of life to maintain overall health and well being of the individual.
