i dont know if im pregnant feeling tierd sleepy uruni every 5munite pain in my uluteris and abdominal pain come and go i never had something like that befor and my period has come to early and last only 3day or im normaly my period last 5 to 6day and somtime i have a white satef please help im very confusse i had one early test has come negatif

I understand your concern
As you have already got the period chance of the pregnancy is nil.
Your symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection or diabetes.
I would suggest to consult the internal medicine specialist and undergo urine routine, microscopic and fasting blood sugar to rule out above causes.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regular exercise.
