Are Total Count Of 38/ml And Motility Of 58% Normal In Semen Analysis Report?

my Semen Analysis Report is As fallows:

Quantity- 2.5 Ml , Colour Gray- White- Gray, Rection- Alkaline, Total Count 38/Ml, Pus Cell 0-1, RBC -Nil, Motility (Active)-58%, Sluggish-32, Non Active-10. Is this Reoprt is ok or Not. If not Ok Please saggest what I Do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characteristics- volume of 2.5 ml, gray-white color, alkaline pH are all within normal limits.
The sperm count of 38 million per ml is also within normal limits. A minimum of 20 million sperms should be present per ml of semen.
Pus cells and red blood cells should not be present in the semen.
Pus cells signify presence of infection in semen.
However, 0-1 pus cells in semen does not signify much infectious load.
For successful conception motility of sperms is very important.
According to WHO criteria, atleast 32% sperms should have rapid progressive forward movement.

All the parameters are within normal limits.
