I have Transitional lumbosacral segment - prominent right transverse process pseudoarticulates with the sacrum - Query Bertolloti Syndrome. Could you explain all of that in plain English and let me know what I should expect going forward or what can be done about it. Should I be lifting things or excercising etc?

Hi,

It is just the deformity of your lumbosacral region. It is usually congenital by birth. It does not show any symptoms until your early 30s. Physiotherapy may help. If it gets severe, surgical intervention is required.
