Are Unintentional Weight Loss And Hair Fall Symptoms Of Leukemia?

i had this hairloss thing years before but because i got a lot of hairloss now it seems so scary i don t know what s the cause of it... is it luekemia? because i m suffering some weight loss right now too and i don t sleep a lot... is it the typoid i had like 6 years ?

Here possibility of tuberculosis and HIV should be ruled out first.....Hair loss might be because of nutritional deficiency or genetic(Alopecia areta)..
There is least possibility of leukemia,Do CBC WITH PERIPHERAL SMEAR examination to rule out it...
