Are Vaginal Spotting And Stomach Bloating Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My husband and I had unprotected sex on the last day of my period June 27, and pretty much every day since then (we are ttc). On July 8, I had some cramping and spotting/light bleeding that lasted about 24 hours and was brownish, pink in color. I have been bloated for the past 2 weeks and extra tired with headaches. My cycles are always regular and I have never had bleeding in between cycles. I am not due for my period for another week and half (around July 24), so it's too soon to take a test. Could I be pregnant????

Hi dear thanks for writing to HCM, absence of period will be the first sign of pregnancy and if continues for more than two weeks do the blood beta HCG levels and USG for confirmation of pregnancy, but if you get the periods and intermittent bleeding then pregnancy is ruled out and you should consult a gynaecologist for the treatment of possible cause such as hormonal imbalance or any cyst/tumor.
Hope this information helps
Thanks and regards
