Hi! I lost my virginity approximately a week ago, and I still do feel nervous which I believe is affecting my anatomy...are you supposed to spot a little, can a girls stomach feel a bit crampy every once a day, and tingly? i just feel wierd, i had a loss in appetite for like 2-3 days, and was irritable after losing it...it might just be all in my mind....but i m supposed to get my period soon, i was just wondering if these are normal signs or signs of pregnancy? (my bf went inside me for like 10 seconds without a condom, but didn t precum, then we later used condoms)
