Are Vision Rolling And Dizziness Symptoms Of Heart Attack?
Hi. this is for symptoms I witnessed on a client during an interview. I am a social worker and a 73 year old male foster parent came to seek help as the foster child was causing severe problems. He was under due stress and apologised for it as he was breathing slightly heavy and apologized saying he was stressed. a few moments later I noticed his eyes rolling to the side and immediately after his body went limp and he dropped off the chair. He was shaking a bit on the floor. about two minutes later we turned him around, his hands were getting stiff.. he breathed his last. is the eyes rolling a symptom of a heart attack? Did he have a heart attack and a stroke? Was there anything we could do to help?

I really appreciate your concern, this is the symptoms which indicates the shock and it could be due to cardio vascular disease it could be due to respiratory depression, and it is the medical emergency and that demands the immediate attention some time it may be just syncope or epileptic attack hope this information helps.
