Are Vitamin B1 And B12 Supplements Advisable For Restless Legs Syndrome?

My husband has severe RLS and has had it for many years. Since he s had it for a long time the docs didn t know exactly what it was or how to treat it. But now he keeps it under control only if he remembers to take his Pramipexole which I understand is one of the meds for Parkinsons. I was listening to the radio the other day and they were talking about Vit B1 shots for Parkinsons and also read articles about Vit B12 for RLS. Would the extra B1 and or B12 help RLS and it not be necessary to take the Pramipexole all of the time?
